Complete Refurbishment of Trailer Mounted Hydraulic Power Unit. The project focused on refurbishing a trailer mounted hydraulic unit powered by a Lister Petter HR3 - Air Cooled 3 Cylinder Diesel Engine. The engine was in good condition, requiring routine maintenance. Extensive work was done on the hydraulic system, including hose replacements and servicing the tank. Overall functionality was enhanced by servicing the trailer axles, treating the entire trailer body, painting and lighitng, plus adding features like a raised rear compartment for a hydraulic power tong. The HPU Skid was modified by adding a tool basket over the HPU which also serves as overhead protection. Thorough testing confirmed the unit's flawless functionality.
